At BabyBliss.co.za, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Due to hygiene reasons, certain items such as feeding accessories, breast pumps, and skincare products cannot be returned once opened.
How to Request a Return Email us at support@babybliss.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@babybliss.co.za.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
