Delivery Areas We currently ship within South Africa only.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
- Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–7 business days
- Outlying and rural areas: 4–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over a qualifying amount — check our store for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays BabyBliss.co.za is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@babybliss.co.za with your order number and photos where applicable.
